Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Prescription lenses are non-returnable once made
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer
Exchange
- We offer free exchange for manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange requests
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized/prescription eyewear
- Items damaged due to misuse
